In Their Own Words: Amy Groshek, Living The Writer Life

Amy Groshek is living the writer life, which sometimes means "working alone by yourself for very little reward," she says. She recently held a workshop at the Vaughn Library to discuss writing as part of daily life. In this interview, Groshek talks about her writing routine and how she sticks to it despite life's distractions. She also reads from her book of poetry, called Shin Deep, published by Finishing Line Press.
