Kids' Ice Fishing in Ashland

Ashland Bayfield County 12th Annual Kids' Ice Fishing Contest takes place today at Kreher Park in Ashland from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. FREE to all kids ages 5-15 with two age classes from 5-9 & 10-15.
First 300 kids get prizes. Trophies for the top 3 largest fish in each category. Holes will be pre-drilled or drill your own in a designated area only! Bring your own poles and tackle, live bait will be provided. Register at the Pavilion before going on the ice! Volunteers welcome.  Call David Hyde at 715-373-2088.
